    I need paysite advice

What do surfers expect to get for a low price like say $9.95 a month?

If I only charge say $9.95 a month (with the idea of slowly charging more as I add more and grow) what can I get away with in terms of content so the customers will stay on board?

Say 2k good pictures, 2 video plugins and say 10 downloadable videos enough, and a small update every week?

I'm asking because I'm having a hard time finding good content so I dont have a lot to start out with.

I think it varies. People expect less, but probably not a lot less, from an inexpensive site.

You have to strike a balance. If you don't want to have much content to begin with, update often. If you don't want to update often, have a lot of content to begin with.

you could always do a 9.95 trial with a higher rebill?

That's not a lot of content at all. If it was a very specific niche, maybe $10 would be worth it.

But if you are talking about a general amateurs site or something, a surfer isn't going to be able to pick out enough models that he liked to justify even just $10.

They could spend another 10 bucks and get at least 10x the content elsewhere.

With that amount of content - don't make a paysite. Make an AVS premium. I suggest ProAdult Quantum.

whatever you do, make sure to develop some sense of 'community' inside to try and hook them into staying and even get a script to 'fake' the constant/daily updates if possible...

later on you can justify the upgrade in price based on bandwidth and bla bla, and if you have an established 'community' inside you can communicate with them quickly and easily about this, and even get some feed back from them if you give a shiznit

Investor with 5m - 15m USD to invest. Do you have a site or network of sites earning 50k - 200k a month income? Email your contact and preliminary data to: domain.cashventures (at) gmail.com....Please...no tire kickers...serious offers and inquiries only.

I dont understand how to make good money with avs sites.

I host the tour and the site, I pay for all the content, and most of the surfers who come to my site and use up my bandwith get in free because they already have a pass.

So my only way to make money is through upselling to other paysites and selling memberships to those who dont have a pass yet?

There are many other things you can upsell inside an AVS site besides other paysites including:

                        - sex toys
                        - penis enhancers [spam]We've got bigdick.com[/spam]
                        - eCards
                        - live feed upsells
                        etc etc

Also, already having a member base through the AVS will help get the 'community' aspect of your site up and running faster than having a regular paysite. ;)

Using an AVS model instead of a paysite for unique but little content can be very useful.

thats not much content at all. buy content from providers when they have content blowouts and buy a lot at a time. you can make deals with most content companies and get a discount for large orders.

Im not exactly sure but if the pics were exclusive, my guess is you can get away with much less than a regular site with bought nonexclusive stock content.
