ok i just sent off my request for activation... once that is done i wanna setup the affilate program.. are you familar with this? i have it setup from ccbill right now but tranfering from ccbill to globill (cause of visa) and it doesnt look as clear cut as ccbillsComment

setting up the affiliate program is pretty easy... and they have a very detailed tutorial written for it as well.

GloBill will either be charging the $750 USD Visa fees or be following suit like AC Pay and banning Canadian customers from Visa transactions altogether in all likelyness.
