The news in Indiana is still spending about 10 minutes out of 30 every night talking about Dale Earnhardt because of all the redneck racing fans here. I'm not happy that some one died, but I don't really think it's newsworthy at this point either. I'd rather hear news that actually affects my life, such as the situation in Iraq which has barely been mentioned at all since it started.
I mean, these guys drive around really fast in a circle with a bunch of other cars for a living. Why are people surprised when they wreck and die?
