As a human being I do find some of these captions and photoshop tricks funny but as a mother I find it morbid. The sad thing is this child cannot help what's wrong with him and some of you people are making fun of his situation. How would you like if someone exploited your shortcomings? I'm sure I could photoshop pics of some of your shortcomings and make some hilarious little ps funnies. I know you guys all want to slam me but just wait til you have kids and the docs don't even hand them to you and instead rush them off to some neonatal intensive care unit because something is wrong with them. I want to see you laughing then. Funny pics of adults and funny pics of kids that have bad hair or messy faces or whatever is one thing but to make fun of a child that can not defend himself is atrocious. I am lucky to have three normal children but one of them did have some issues at birth that required extensive surgery and I almost lost him. I wish the parents of this child could see this thread. You have undoubtedly shown what heartless bastards you are in continuing to make fun of this child. I know you will want to crucifix me for this but fuck you. You stepped over the line and the comparison to KP is just about on target. You didn't post a pic of a naked child to wank off to but you damn sure did exploit a child. So fuck you.

you guys need to lighten up. Odds are the people here complaining never have even had a conversation with a mentally handicapped person - or worse, treat them "differently".
Making a picture of some kid is no different than the Travolta shot but fuckit some people cant get over their own problems they got to transfer them onto other people.
Id trust a handicapped person before i trusted some body off the street - or even GFY....
