that fucking cocksucker. just like jackie and scott, the fucker leaves thinking that he's gonna have a career after howard. nope. eventhough jackie is still funny as all hell.



i guess howard really is gonna retire from his show after all

this is gonna hit Howard hard. he's not going to retire, his Hollywood plans haven't turned out anything so far, too much money left in radio and TV for him - my guess is he goes to satellite radio when his contract is up in slightly less than 2 years. He was offered more money from satellite than the 20 mil a year he gets from CBS but turned that down. This time I don't think CBS wants him around anymore and he will go to satellite radio - he will see it as his chance to make some history, to put satellite radio on the map.

sucks if you're a long time Stern fan, Jackie and John were part of the family, both responsible for alot of the best stuff. Fred is almost invisible for the last few years - that leaves Howard, Robin and Artie. Artie's ok but Jackie with all his baggage was much funnier cuz Howard loved to use him as a whipping boy - some mornings were nothing but Howard and Fred doing their impressions of the Jokeman.
