If I incorporate now, will I pay the 21% in taxes for all my 04' earnings? Or will have have to pay 40%+ for part of my 04' earnings?

I am no tax attourney, but I think it goes by the quarter rather than the year.. Consult your accountant ninja, you know better than that!!!!
