Check paypal and have your affilates sign up there. You SHOULD be able to directly have paypal request funds from your bank to your paypal account. Them simply transfer to your affs from there. Might be a bit of a hassle to ask your affs to do that but for that click payout... lol
We have used them a great deal over the last year selling used puters and parts and never yet had a problem. Even saved a good bit compared to wiring right at one of our banks counters. They are FDIC and if your cash disappears they have to track it and make good on it as well. It takes about 3 days for them to make a withdraw to your paypal account and then its almost instantanous to send cash to another paypal account.
