I just switched 50+ domains from Likewhoa recently..

During the first outtage I called their 1-800 number and also long distance direct. Both of the numbers were out of service at this time. I tried the NOC on ICQ too and got no response.

So after I transferred everything to the new host they came back up briefly. One of their former technicians contacted me on ICQ asking if I wanted to transfer my domains to his new host. I asked him what was happening with likewhoa but he said he couldn't tell me for legal reasons.

A few days ago I called their toll free number again just for the hell of it and I actually got someone! He said they were having some problems (duh!) and that everything would be resolved shortly. I told him to cancel my account and he told me to email billing.

I've always had communication problems with likewhoa since the beginning. I've been a loyal customer and stuck with them through all the previous bullshit. However, not warning me or even answering any of my questions about the recent downtime was the last straw. I've completely lost all respect for the company and the way they do business. I was just too trusting and I paid a price but I am happy to be out of there without losing my head.

If anyone from upper management at likewhoa is reading this then all I have to say to you is GO FUCK YOURSELF!
