We just transfered some sites to XFR Networks. I think things are almost transfered over. Numbers look low so i think its not totally switched over. Its a growing network with a bright future, id give them a look over. I can probably get you some discounts also over there.
Other Host Id reconmend would be IS Prime. I have a server sitting over there spraypainted BP4L that Id like to spread the loads with and test out.
If you can get the premium bandwith deal at Candid Id go for that too.
It seems a lot of companies have good bandwith and a budget bandwith setup for customers. Be sure to do a tracert on the sites hosted on the company you have in mind. Dont tracert the host company website casue naturally they will be on thier premium bandwith there. Do you homework, ask em what network you're gunna be on and make a decision from there.
DOnt go with Vibe though. Never heard of em and it looks bad.

i'd agree with people liking oxeo... they are definitely top notch. i've heard a lot of good things about candid as well, and their prices look a little more attractive, so that's kinda up in the air. i also have a friend that works at ve-- er, a big internet provider that i might try and work a deal with, if i colo.
looked into xfr a bit as well, might have to bend their ear a bit. i'd like to start a dedicated box with a company i don't have to worry about, and i can stay with for a long time. not really worried about that with candid or oxeo, but probably a good reason not to run my own box(es)

SERVINT, likewhoah, candid, all end up ALLEGEDLY fucking it all up and becoming unreliable.... i'd go with a host like Webair.com that is big, but not dilluted or their networks overstressed, imo
