I agree. I'd make the pixel size a bit bigger and then remove some of the links so there's not so much. Otherwise you have too many choices and dilute the hits imho.
And with a few exit console you'll see a nice increase as well.
I'd make the first exit push a bunch of free trial or $1 sites, then pop an email sponsor and then a dailer. Now you're at only 3 consoles which really isn't a lot and you'll see a nice $$$ increase.
