As the guy says - lot of cash to make on 404.
I do several thousand 404's a day and it is a big earner.
I would add this -
Don't try to be too cute and streatch your earning potential - 404 traffic will not take multiple pop ups etc - Show a good page with maybe 1$ sites and a saving money bar and a single pop - After that, you are probably going over the top
