    Any Special Plans For Valentine's Day?

    Since I'm currently not seeing anyone, I'll probably just end up celebrating my birthday & Valentine's Day with my mother & sister. At least, I won't be totally alone. I always get them both a card & special gift.

    So what is everybody else's plans for Valentine's Day?

      I'm going to buy a dvd of the movie my wife and I went to see on our first date, Fallen.
      That and a heart shaped box of See's candy which she loves so much. I used to paint her watercolor cards but I think being married to an artist has caused her to lose a little bit of the thrill she once had for such things (she prefers Hallmark now - go figure). Last year it was a Disney themed Valentine's Day.
      Maybe this time we will actually watch it but I doubt that very much.

                                      ahh valentines day.. such a worthless day... just to sucker us guys into spending MORE cash so far i booked a suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi.. still gotta go find some earrings and blah dinner reservations somewhere... i dont see why females fuss so much over this day, its just a hassle

                                          I remember hating Valentine's Day when I was single. Every year I would stay in, drink way too much and write the most melancholy drivel I could think up. Did that for years... Sad thing is, I actually had the nerve to have that junk printed! Somewhere out there are stories full of despair waiting to embarrass me at some point in my future...
