I'm curious about the 'on Scot(t)ish TV' thing. There's a few regional variations but most TV in the UK's the same. What channel was it shown on?
Either way the whole things just a tad fucked. Regarding the not taking any legal action thing, as a rule UK (European) law seems to come down harder - we simply get far fewer killings so there's still a little shock value when people do die. Certainly the original post (and most of the follow ups) could probably land you in a whole shit load of trouble if thehun wanted to pursue it.
A huge chunk of the rant seems to be centered on the free porn side of things, I think the beast stuff has been more than covered (I find it distasteful myself but obviously some wanna see that shit and some are happy getting filmed doing it so I'm happy enough to let them get on with it, as has been said it's legal in Holland). Is the guy gonna start systematically taking out all the TGP owners from the biggest downwards 'cause they promote free porn? It'd make a good film - sort of Silence of the Lambs porn biz style.

I am not a tech guy so before saying anything I must ask: Is geotargetting doable with your amount of traffic?
If it is doable , I would consider changing the way you provide bestiality links on your site. The bestiality links could go to a warning page or be disabled for people that live in countries where bestiality is Illegal. This could make you loose some money but I am sure this would not be substantial nor a real big issue for you, right?
I am not trying to say how you need to run your business, but if you did something like that it would be respected by a LOT of people. I hope you consider it!
