As you know 90% of American partnership programs don?t work with Russia.. And a advanced webmaster know this! If hi like the site, he will contact support and ask if it possible to advertise it.
If he contact support, the owner can understand that webmaster is advanced or is just a carder and make a decision to let him in or not? As usually a advanced Russian webmaster will not go and promote a partnership were he cannot receive money they prefer to advertise Russian sites were he will be payd 100%.
So you see the only the bad part of Russia people! the carders who have no idea in this biz.. and scammers.
So if you want to work with Russian webmasters I advice first to ask about him on Crutop or Master-X . You will be surprised how much traffic can bring a advanced Russian webmaster ;)Comment
