Jaguars

took the S-type for a testdrive earlier,I likes...Since it's Summer I wanted to trade my big lumpy SUV in

whats the good word on Jaguars? never even been in one until today

yeah they are pretty to look at... high dollar to maintain when in and out of the repair shop.

young stupid bitches might like your car.. still doesnt mean you will get pussy, your iq get lower for making such a stupid decision to buy a car cause you think you are going to get "young bitches"...keep the SUV..its way sexier

I have an S-Type - Drives Nice - kind of slow of the line, but i love the car
Maintenance isnt high - the 30k maintenance will run 400-800 depending on if you go to the dealer or not.
I havent had any major problems with the car. the one thing that has broken was the passenger side window track. my buddy slammed the door with the window down and a few days later the track was messed up. the dealer took care of it, gave me a free rental, no big deal.
other than that, its been a great car overall.
lots of top end power, and is smooth as hell at 120
mine has the chrome rims and tinted windows - looks nice - people give me the "nice car" comments on it all the time.. a big improvement over my old 96 nissan pathfinder

My local Jag dealer told me that the average Jag owner shoots 17% bigger loads compaired to that of a Lexus owner.

However, he then proceeded to sell me skotch-guarding for the seats, so I think he was bullshiting me.

ive noticed an increase of about 10% - but the biggest difference ive noticed is that now i can last for 38.3 seconds, before the jag my personal best was 8.3 seconds
im thinking of buying a hummer next - i heard you could last nearly a minute if you own one of those!

Yeah. I didnt end up getting the Jag. I settled for the Volvo S60 wagon. The dealer told me I'd feel so old that i'd start shooting blanks, thus not requiring a rubber (which ment i could afford the repayments). He forgot to tell me about the erectile disfunction that came with it.

I own two Jags, and '88 XJS V12 and a '90 XJS V12 Le Mans, and I'm extremely pleased with em. They are killer cars, although expensive to maintain.

You will have to have a big wallet if you are planning on buying an older Jaguar. But if you go for a modern X-type or S-type, service costs (although higher than when you buy a Nissan) will not be that much. Probably just as much as when you would buy a new BMW.

It's not always in for repairs. But be prepared to spend 1k everytime you go in....

Get an older Jag with a chevy engine... We had a 72 Jag when I married my hub.. I wish he never sold it..

I've had a Jaguar X-type for about a year now, I had to take it in for repairs once.

I drive my BMW 5-series more though, I like it a lot better.

I had a sweet jag, convertible, black on black, nice rims.. BEAUTIFUL car and bitches LOVE them..

BUT

it broke down twice in about 6 months.. so I went back to Mercedes.. and you learn another lesson... Jag's do not hold ANY resale value...

So if your trading in, or reselling.. be prepared to lose a boat load of money on it..
