Instead of bitching at an innocent third party like nevermind,you might try emailing me your name, the last 4 digits of the card you attempted to use along with the type of card, and the time/date of the decline.
Common reasons for decline include your bank's failure to support cvv2, your card being issued in a country other than the one you use for an address with ePassporte, and the simple bank decline, which can occur at any time for any of YOUR banks various reasons.
