I'm going to be hiring someone soon to take on the responsibilities of recruiting models, in mass. They will be responsible for the marketing campaign for recruiting, and all correspondence with models, as well as scheduling the shoots that I will be performing. They need to be resourceful and creative, and know how to accomplish the goals I need to meet.
Where should I go about looking for such a person, and how should I determine if they're actually qualified to perform these functions? This will be my first salaried employee.
I'm reluctant to try the newpaper job ads because it seems like there's not very many qualified applicants ( outside of this industry ) that understand this function. If anyone knows of someone that could do what I'm looking for, hit me up on ICQ.
