Ken is da man when it comes to galleries.

Hell of a nice guy to, he helped me out via email a handful of times when I first got started posting galleries.

I went to google looking for the article, the only thing I came up with was magnatique's article on TGP galleries, and he made a reference to Ken's article, but said that it was no longer online.

He still posts on the hun, I guess he is "stealing" the Celeb videos he uses, I wonder how he gets away with it?

Basically he was trying to lay a theme and the importance of a good thumb on a gallery

He gets aways with it like the other Celeb guys do.. Just start a "Movie Review Site" Well so I heard..

Yeah Ken's example is not the one you want to follow when it comes to licensing content

He gets away with the celeb stuff because he hasn't been caught yet.

he also said you should study magazine ads and use them as inspiration for galleries..

I had 4 e-mails today about sources of content. I know that a lot of
people on this board will disagree, but here is what I think:

I have never bought any content!
It is almost impossible to copyright web content. It is totally impossible
to enforce any regulation against people who copy your creations. I should
know. I have the most copied galleries in the world.

If you want to advertise a site - ask for a userID and passwork. Take
anything you want. If they won't give you access and you still want to
promote the site, join it and steal their content. BUT, you better
convert.

I started by grabbing images off of newsgroups. $400,000 later every pay
site on the web is begging me to take their content.
