    The battle of the last place teams! Padres vs. Tigers!

    Ok, this is sure to be a sellout here in SD. The SD Padres (17-41) are starting a series tonight with the Detroit Tigers (14-40)

    This promises to be one of the best series of the year - for ANY team.

    So who do you think will win the series? I am going to the game on Thurdsay - I am sure to get field level seats the day of the game. I can't wait! This should be fun!

                  The funny thing is that the Padres and the Tigers played eachother in the World Series back in 1984. Tigers won!

                              nice. i dont like watching baseball but i work at comerica park (tigers) and i always hope they will win because no one goes to any of the games because they suck so bad.
