But! Chargebacks are not revenue!!!! We do not make any money from chargeback. Ibill take the fee before the chargebacks are taken out. That means we lost money from chargeback and 15% of the chargebacks still is taken away by ibill. Another word, we have to pay 115% of every chargeback.
Not only that, ibill charge $15 for every chargeback if it goes over a certain amount. WTF? $15 plus 15%???
Since ibill got fined by Visa, they decide to make us pay instead. The fee is increased over 15% while others still under 15%.
And I still hear stories from people complaining about ibill. Hey, if they fuck you up the first time, it's their fault, if they fuck you up again, it's your fault, because you were stupid enough to let them do it again. ... Change is good people....
