I went and saw a lawyer... he advised me to have a holding company, to throw the money in, in CASE of a prosecution from either a magasine or a celebrity, as it IS not 100% legal to have the pictures...
what he said was it's like crossing a road... there IS a chance of you getting run over by a truck.... right??
but there's different factors in it... you just have to be careful..
if you walk on the green light and are looking on both sides of the road, with your ears open for some horns, then you'll make it safely to the other side of the road probably for all of your life..
but if you close your eyes and run in the middle of the road, well, then you might be in shit, but there still is a chance you're not gonna get hit..
mostly, you HAVE to do as they tell you if you get some mail/warning... and NEVER EVER have some PlayBoy shit, and do as they say
