I tell you what , send your girls to San Diego and we can mold them for you. It takes about a day and they are in the Algenate casting materials for about 4-6 hours, so they have to be prepaired for a long boring day.
I live not too far from the Real Doll factory / workshops and they have a great set up but a special casting from them would cost you many, many, many thousands of $$
