It depends on a number of factors, for instance, the amount of traffic, the amount of fed traffic, the amount of work it takes, the amount of content on it, the stability of revenue...

depends where the traffic is coming from...if it's all coming from your work then it's not worth "6 months income"...whereever you got that figure from
