Isabella is awesome also. Shes been great to work with and bent over backwards ot help us get up and going with them.SIG TOO BIG! The 888 # says if you are calling outside of the US to call another number (3106649798) then you call that number and it says to call another number because that other no longer exists and was replaced with (3108279939) then you call that number and you get someone who barely speaks english and then you get put on hold. Then after 5 minutes on hold, I get transferred to sales because she was the wrong department. Then once I get to the sales line, I get put on hold. I wait 10 minutes for the next available rep and no answer, but then I get a message saying that I can leave my number and they will call me back in order just as if I were still on the line in priority sequence. Anyways, that was 4 hours ago and nobody has called me back.

The direct dial number from outside the U.S. for Epoch's corporate offices is 310-827-5880. I'm not sure how you got that other number but I will look into it.
If you are looking for a sales rep, send an email to [email protected] -or- call the number above tomorrow during business hours Pacific time. The sales team is avaialbe from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific time Monday - Friday.
