$5 SOBE scenes no more

Ok , enough is enough. Anyone purchasing $5 scenes from SOBE from this date on will knowingly be buying those scenes illegally. He has no right to sell those scenes at that price. There was a cap of $40 put on all the scenes he bought from me, which he told you he produced, so you know hes a liar.
I will NOT fuck with anyone that has already bought those scenes as its not your fault. I will in fact deal with him in my own legal way.
And I say again, beware of $300 exclusive scenes as they may not be exclusive.

Yeah but this seems like bullshit to me. I never saw AMA complaining back when Sobe was on his selling craze at all, he was even saying I am the one who sold him the videos. There was no fighting and no complaining then and if it was that outrageous what Sobe was doing then, why didn't he complain and say the things he's saying now. This whole thing seems like more spamming bullshit to me right now to pump up biz for those guys.

Joe we need to talk. There are a few things you do not understand. And I can do exclusive shoots for $300 dollars. And I will never sell anything more than once that I have promised as exclusive. I have the exclusive buyers to prove that. Nobody can come in here and say otherwise. And I did buy some content from Joe and I was happy with our deal. But, SoBeGirl also has 150 shoots done by SoBeGirl and my team here so let's not let this blow out of proportion. SoBeGirl is more than capable of producing content as good or better than anyone else. I am sorry to see that Joe is so upset and it really does bother me. Don't take this the wrong way becuase I am not scared of his empty threats, but out of respect for Joe I will do as he asks. Joe is a good guy and there are some things that I think I need to explain to him. Once it is clear in his mind I am sure that we all can work together once again.

I was like a fuckinng oil tanker out at see with no power. I have just about more video than anyone for sale and there were no buyers. If these fucking guys are really done with their sales then I will be done with mine too. If you all really want prices to go back up I will raise them. But, hey - what are you going to do about our buddies in Europe who need only 4 dollars a day for rent and food and pay girls like 50 dollars for a hard core shoot and the girls are hot and willing? It is about competing globally and the market sets the terms. I have even seen webmasters complaining that cheap content is bad because then it gets saturated. So let me ask you guys this? What is a fair price for a video shoot? How much are you willing to pay?

Dodge SRT-4 for sale. Only 21,000 and it comes with a full tank of gas and about 10 mustangs licked and whipped. :-)

Contributing to it dear can be a problem too. Think about it. And with the MANY times cloud and clutch sold their content, it's going to be so heavily saturated in the marketplace that it's not going ot be worth as much to those who bought it, either. I hope those who made all those purchases think about that too. I actually feel bad for the people who bought the same content beforehand for the same price, because it's not really FAIR to them either, now THEIR content is worth far less in the grand scheme of things.

I'm not trying to be a hater here, just stating truth. I don't know the guys at Cloud too well, but I know Mike from Clutch and he's a nice guy.. But it's still a world where "buyer beware" has great meaning.

Only the lawyers get happy in these cases. How about this joe? I bring my prices back up. I don't know if 40 dollars is reasonable in this market but I will do as you tell me to. And I help your business by giving you links on sobegirl to your site. Currently I get about 1800 uniques a day and most of them are webmasters. I am not here to hurt you and I never want to do that. If you have some other ways I can make up for this let me know. But keep in mind it was not me who started all of this. I just did what I had to do to compete. Sobe if you had a verbal agreement with Joe not to resell his content for less than $40 a pop there isn't any excuse for what you did. Just because you panicked when Cloud 9 and Clutch dumped their content doesn't mean you had to and it definitely didn't give you the right to include Joe's content in your fire sale.

Cloud 9 can spin it any way they want, same with Clutch, those sales were desperation, and they were terrible for all content providers and for webmasters who had paid regular prices for that content.

I still don't understand why the content market is so soft, take a look around - thousands of paysite member areas, hundreds of thousands of TGP galleries and with TGPs demanding quality galleries - quality content providers should have their cash registers singing 24/7. But it's not happening. Because nobody has ever giving a shit about content providers, if I go down a typical TGP's listings and go gallery by gallery, 80% of the webmasters who submitted them couldn't provide a license.
Go to an MGP, it's even worse with the movies. Anybody who is
producing movies these days should be rolling in dough with the
demand that is out there from the surfers.

Groove, I am not in trouble. Not in the least. Joe and I are old friends and I can assure you we will work it out. It is all about perspecitves. He has his and I have mine. We just have to come together.

Cassie, are you on crack? Every set you bought from Joe was on sale on your site for about 15 dollars. I remember seeing this and to be honest that was what pushed me over the edge. That was the "oh fuck it, I am going to do this and see what happens" moment for me. Well actually is was you and those Czech guys.

Anyhow it is all over. I am no longer sellilng sets for 5 dollars out of respect and admiration for my fellow producer Joe at AMA. And might I just say too that Joe is one of the finest fellows I know in this biz. He is honest, reliable, hard working, and a great Hockey player. If you need exclusive content I really don't know of a much better place to put in your order. He is shooting almost every day and has access to more girls than Huhe Heffner. Joe, I love you bro, give me a call and we will work this out.

Groove, why are you always starting trouble? Do you have anything better to do? Build a website or something, make some popcorn, quit being such an instigator all the time...
