I, too, suffer from severe insomnia. Most times I just stay up late sniffing gigantic lines of Peruvian marching powder, drinking tons of black coffee, popping No-Doz, mainlining Jolt Cola, and ingesting large quantities of cane sugar. Rarely ever do I fall asleep for more than a few minutes each night, though.
I've been to three sleep specialists and all of them tell me there's nothing physically wrong with me that would prevent me from sleeping normally.
One of them suggested that I change my diet. What did he mean by that?
