"I know Ms Lopez is supposed to have a reputation, but this is ridiculous," said one of the organisers.
He said colleagues nearly choked with the high demands.
Sunday's Formula One event is an annual motor racing showpiece.
Drivers race along the winding streets of Monaco against a spectacular backdrop of hilltop homes and marina with flotilla of luxury yachts.
Many stars are expected to attend, including supermodels Naomi Campbell and Helena Christensen.
