One of the biggest motivators I ever had in this biz was Tommy from tommys boomarks. he posted a couple of years ago that he had his first $500 day at that time I had 1/100 of his traffic but was earning well in excess of 500 per day.
Who gives a hoot if you have 100 million hits a day just show me the money
