The regulations have not gone into force yet and you won't know what the final regulations are until they are published. Just wait or you may be wasting your time or have to reduplicate your effort.

This is not to mean you shouldn't comply. You should comply with the existing laws and regulations.

I would not wait until the last day before making sure you comply with the new amendments. Because unless Ashc roft changes his mind, these amendments will go through.

So when the last date for updating your records arrives, October 1st I think, if you do not comply you can take down all your content or pray they do not come knocking.

If you are producing content just stick to the basics,

1. Get 2 valid ID's and current HIV tests before you shoot any pictures. This is why TT Boy got fined, because he shot people without proper proof of testing. Not because he did not use condoms.
the correct definition of "valid ID" is available in the 2257 regs.

2. Have the model fill out the release before she gets undressed,
and then have her sign it before you pay her. I reccomend the release form issued by the free speech coalition it covers everything.

3. If you sell your content, make copies of these documents available to your customers.

4.) Keep your copies for a "minimum" of 5 years.....

This is what we have been doing sine 1998, and we have yet to have 1 problem.
