          Ebay is going to license the patent, buy the patent or make this gent some form of partner, you wait.....

          Lots of folks get patents just for the sake of taking down a big fella down the road.

          Ya got to give this small guy credit, he is set for life assuming life = 7 years on the internet max :-)

              Exactly FlyingIguana, this man does not want this in court for the next 10 years, he wants to cash out now, and if they offer him 100 million, what do you think he will do?

              Even 50 million now, and 100 million next 5 years....he is gonna sell, and most likely had this lawyer on contingency too.
