shit dude, you live in a jungle or the forest? Just go to a store and buy the shit with a warranty.. Why bid and get some shit online.. Sooo many people have been burned by ubid, yahoo, ebay.. Fuck that shit.. Go to a store and just buy it.

You can get good 17 inch moitors that work and arent refurbished for like 129.00 at a store like frys or bestbuy.. When you get shit on a bid site, half the shit is referbished, and doesnt work well at all.

          Dont be a sucker.

Hey dude, the places i visit to get prices are mysimon, pricewatch, and if it's refurbished, sometimes i go to Onsale <egghead>.com

but thats what i use.. seems to give me a good estimation of prices...

Too bad you guys outside of CA don't have Microtimes. It's a free magazine with TON's of companies that sell direct to the public.

I've never bought anything at Ebay but once I saw a 'Peoples Court' episode where some guy sued another guy who sold him a WebTV unit at Ebay for 300 bucks. Why the FUCK would you buy a unit online for 300 bucks when you could have gotten it anywhere local for 150 or less?

I agree with Boneprone.. Bestbuys n' Fry's with a large coke.

I buy computer parts at Circuit City, Best Buy, etc. but sometimes you can get good deals on ebay. It's easy to tell who you can trust with a little common sense. If they have over 1,000 feedback comments and all 1,000 are positive...chances are they're legit. I have never been burned on ebay, but then I never bid on anything unles the seller has a good feedback rating.
