    whats up with locking threads and changing topic names ?

                                                                                                      you know i'm not going to take the time to read through all the threads i'm much to busy being productive and waiting for lens or amp to contact me regarding more work but I can say that a year or two ago when I started a site Amp was one of my first link exchanges and through all the changes he made at his site he kept my button up and when I sent him an email asking him for a link exchange he actually took the time to write back a personal mail instead of a yes, here's my button type of reply that is so standard. I appreciated that as new to the biz and I will always support Amp until the day i'm on the chopping block and then I might feel differently. And I have seen several threads locked by mods that were not concerning themselves but were just as nasty. Just my thoughts on the subject though.

I don't see ANYWHERE where it states that this board is a democracy.. If Lensman didn't trust Amp to make good decisions, I doubt he would have given him mod status. I don't think I've EVER seen a board where people are always crying for more mods, yet criticising when the mods take ANY action quite like here.

                                                                                                                                                                                          Actually I find it comforting that there's another moderater to ensure that spammers/total fucking idiots/etc etc etc aren't allowed to run rampant. If people don't like Len's decision, find a new board or talk to Lens about it. Crying every time the moderator does a job that he's SUPPOSED to do, like it or not, isn't much better than what everyone thinks is such a sin. If Lensman doesn't agree, I'm sure he'll deal with it himself. I doubt he needs anyone to tell him how to run his board or pick his mods. If Amp is to be "accountable", it's not to us, it's to Lens. I'm sure HE knows that too.
