Well I thought he was talking about cheapest host... and not about super reliable mega priced hosts ;) All hosts posted are great, but can't beat the prices of rackshack... BTW I haven't heard about somebody having problems with them.

If you want it cheaper try http://www.unitedcolo.com/servers.htm 2000Gb for 200$. If you are lucky you would get a good server cheap if not just try once more ;)
