Alright.... since you wanna hang the laundry out... let's get it right.

Short story short: We brought Viper on based on the samples he showed me. I DID call him on the phone and talk it over, (at a call expense to the Netherlands of $36 bucks Viper... that I paid, not you... just to talk to your barely English speaking ass for nothing)

Viper said he was working on something at the moment, (that's expected) and I told him no rush. "No rush" did NOT mean take 3 weeks to pick your ass. (maybe in the Netherlands it did.... who knows) I even explained ON THE PHONE in no uncertain terms that if he didn't produce, he would be axed in short order. He said cool, he'd start something on Monday. (so even he agreed with the above sentences at least on some level) Over the course of nearly 3 weeks, Viper produced one 120x60 button, and one gallery that we never even used because it sucked ass, and constantly interrupted both Gary and myself asking nothing but endless stupid fucking irrelevant questions the entire time. Dude, your concern was not on all the operations. Why you wasted your time asking about a ton of shit that doesn't concern you, neither one of us will ever know.

Gary got fed up with waiting, and decided to axe him. Simple as that. We spent several hours trying to pay him for the work he did, even though we weren't going to use it, but he kept laughing it off saying he didn't need the stinking money. Finally we were able to pay him for the work, even after his repeated begging for $520 for "his time".

Time? What fucking time dude? You didn't fucking DO anything. You should be paying me for wasting even MORE of my time on this.

Then, to top it off, Viper tells me that he would never post this on the boards because he's not a little schoolgirl like that. (Why would you say something like that to begin with? Why the fuck do I care if you post the logs... it only makes you look like the fucking whiney crybaby bitch loser you are.) I'd post the log where he said that, except I deleted him from my ICQ list and all the history with it. Why? Because it's a fucking non-issue. What is this, Equal Opportunity for Losers Week?

Viper acts like he somehow got fucked here, but he didn't. What he did was waste our time and now he's wasting everyone elses with this nonsense. I'll tell you the same thing we told you before Viper: Get the fuck over it, stop crying, and move on.

Summary: Viper is brought on. Viper doesn't produce. Viper is let go. Viper crys about it for months. It was a pretty simple trade off: All you had to do was make something viper... ANYTHING.... and you'd be happily making more shit right now.

End of story.

Now, the truly hilarious part of all this since all this non-drama, I have since left the XC venture. (apparently Viper isn't real up-to-speed on current events in the world) It's fully in Gary's hands now. (But even that is sort of irrelevant to this.) What did you hope to gain from this Viper? Did you think Gary would come in and say "Oh, I was wrong... I'm really sorry Viper... please come back."??? You were paid for the work you did. That's it. Everything beyond that is just you crying like a baby dude. All you've REALLY accomplished here today is to show everyone that you can't be trusted to have a private conversation with anyone, and that you're such a fucking loser that you can't face the fact that you blew it.

I should close this thread because it's not even an issue. But I'll leave it and let GFY beat up on your stupid ass for a while.

First of all, the gallery I made ruled according to Gary and Silvertab, they both said: "Cool" or "Awesome". I know the design business and when somebody does not like work offered to them, 99,9% procent will state this to the designer in question. Does that make you the 0,1%?

Second of all, those "stupid" questions I asked you were not stupid for me, since I knew nothing about Xstreamcash and in order to gain knowlegde, a person needs to ask questions, where they're stupid in your opinion or not.

And that wasn't to make decisions about who we used to make galleries. Tom was producing, and the shit looked a helluva lot better than the ONE gallery you made that wasn't used.
