    Who who here uses a tanning bed?

    I have been using them like 2-3 times a week for the last six months..

    Being that I never go outside anymore

    Is that to much? Not healthy?

          I go all the time.

          To maintain the tan 1x per week is fine man. 2-3 per week youlll have skin cancer

                  I have been diagnosed with melanoma four seperate times... once on my ass... which was definitely from the tanning bed....
                  SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

                          Twice a week for 20 minutes each. I did that all year around for years. Just make sure you use a top of the line lotion immediately after you get out to rehydrate your skin.
                          Trust Me...

                          They wouldn't be in my sig if they didn't convert well!

                                          BTW I am tanning ocassionally, but I don't like chicks who do that too often..it fastens the aging process ( not to mention cancer risk ).
                                          I don't use ICQ anymore.
