If you own a tgp, then most surfers are free loaders.
If 40% of your surfers are foreing, then they are not only free loaders, but their credit card get declined anyway.
Sure, when you redirect to dialers, you will maybe lose some of these foreign free loaders, but on the other hand, you will at least make some money of them. Normally you wouldn't.
But I agree that SD should announce it before and eventually make it only an option.
