I no longer get signups with them either. I think Im around 0:1,000,000,00 or so.

I've used TrafficCash since '98, mostly because they allow and have Celeb sites that convert really great if you have celeb domains. It's always been strange with their signup patterns. One week will be good, next week, you're scratching your head wondering what's up here. They have very strong tours and my only dislike is the amount of pop-ups and exits that blast all over the place and probably cause most surfers to close all their windows and if I recall I don't think webmaster account codes follow through into all these consoles.
But they have never been late on a check. They have a great selection of sites. Run by guys long in the biz. And they throw fun parties.
