    I am stupid - I need some help

    Here is the problem,
    I am on dial up. I just upladed a big chunk of pictures on my host and it took me over 10 hours. Used CuteFTP for this.

    The problem is, I have 3 domains. How can I copy the same folder with images to all 3 domains?

    Any help appricated, many thanks

              If all 3 domains are on the same server, ask your server administrator to "make a symlink" from the real images to where you want them to appear. He'll understand.

                      They are on the same account,
                      when I log into the FTP I see them as directories


                      domain1.com
                      domain2.com
                      domain3.com

                      I cant hotlink between domains so I must have the same directory with pictures under each domain, and I don't want to bother the host, plus it's sunday now. Any way to do this? I am good learner, I can learn anything :>

                          telnet to the server

                          then, cp directory where images are /where u want them

                          or you can have a symlink created

                          either will work

                              What's wrong with "bothering" the host? He has a job to do and that's to satisfy the customer.. you.. he won't mind and it will be painless and quick for him to do.

                                  hi,

                                  try it with FXP. i don't know if cuteftp supports fxp, but flashfxp (www.flashfxp.com) does. it allows you to connect two ftp-sites and juggle files between these two sites.
