I want to go public about some information regarding Mogul.
I have warned him for the last 6 months that I would go public if he did not pay me.
The complaint is this:
I designed majority of the lotto sites he promotes, sells and gives away. For this work I was meant to receive a percentage with each sale he made.
It has been a year since he started them and so far for this I have seen NOTHING!
MY second complaint is:
Work I have completed for Mogul without seeing a cent:
* Over 50 galleries
* Over 30 banners
* Other personalised lotto sites for his clients.
I HAVE SEEN NO MONEY!
I continued to do work for Mogul because I really believed he would pay me as his name is known by majority of the guys in this business, and not worth the risk of ruining his reputation. I asked him more times than I care to remember for this money. I spoke to his associate at the time about this matter and he believed I was giong to be paid also, again, for the reason that the amount owed was not worth ruining the reputation of the Mogul name.
I hate to bring this forward into the public, but I see there is no other choice for me. I would suggest that you do not advertise on his sites or deal with such a person who does not own up to his part of the deal.
