I really don't understand the appeal, but the market is there.
I am doing the photo work for an 18 year old, whose site is being done by her *agent* in Chicago. I checked her ID, because I won't work with anyone under 18. She could pass for 15. Had a nice chat with mom befoe the first shoot.
At one point, I drifted the conversation to adult web sites, and she has no interest. Zippo. But she seemed to know a fair bit about them. Go figure.
But she clearly believes that people will drop a little coin every month to see new pics of her, and read a journal. She figures that is her spending money while in college.
She is fun to work with, and very interested in experimenting with all sorts of different settings and lighting, so I get to do a lot of experimentation at no cost.
And I am curious to see how the web site works out.
