Prolly the best steak restaraunt was Ruth Chris in Annapolis, MD. I've had a few nice ones here in the UK but nothing that sticks out in my mind recently. My hubby had an awesome steak in Andorra - it was cooked on a grill over a log fire.Comment

Go to the store and buy a good cut. Grab a box of mortons kosher salt.
the salt is very coars so you dont kneed much. Sprinkle some on both sides and throw it on the grill...
