If Your Site Accepts "Public" Submissions, You Might Want To Read This.

Hi - Some of you here may already know me from my other sites or other boards that I post on, but I also just opened up a small TGP a few months ago. I am making this post as a warning to every site owner that accepts 'open' submissions.

I recently had someone submit a shitty gallery to my site, and when I declined his gallery, he went to the WHOIS directory and got my information. Some of his threats and harassment have included:

1.) Email threats - (15 in total)

2.) Telephone threats to me (he actually called 9 times and left 7 messages! How stupid is this man to actually leave messages? LOL!)

3.) He HAS made and submitted galleries to other TGP's that say "(My TGP's NAME) is being watched by law enforcement officials for child porn violations & surfers are being questioned. Stay away from that site. To view the name and address of this evil webmaster click here" - (where he links to a page that contains the info that is listed in my WHOIS record.)

4.) One of the phone messages that he left stated that he was going to run a personals ad in MY local newspaper giving out my name, address & phone number - stating that I like rough anal sex with strangers & that people should just show up at my door because "I'm always wet & ready".

His threats basically said that because I declined his shitty gallery, that he was going to make my site his new 'hobby', until I shut this site down. That won't be happening - we're not going any fucking place. This site is new, but the person behind it is not. I have over 6 yrs. in this industry, both online and offline - although he doesn't know that. (In his emails & phone calls he has referred to me as a 'newbie', several times. lol)

So far, he has made and submitted galleries to other TGP sites, that accuse us of having child porn on our site. We NEVER have had that shit on our site and we NEVER will. Although we have banned his ip, email addy and everything else associated with him, he has promised us that he WILL have another gallery listed with us and that he will redirect it to CP after we have him listed - in an effort to get us into trouble with law enforcement officials. Pathetic little fuck, isn't he? All of this, because we declined his shitty gallery. The funny part of this is (if there is one), that one of his domain names is an incest site! lol

I have filed criminal charges against him, and have pursued other legal avenues against him as well. I will NOT have him try to 'bully' me into shutting down this site, just because he's pissed off. Fuck him.

For those of you reading this that run your own TGP sites, if you'd like to contact me for this idiot's submission info and the names of his sites, ip addresses, etc - please do. I would hate to see him trying to pull this shit with any other webmaster & possibly succeed.

I won't post his sites here, as I don't want him getting any benefit from this posting. Scumbags like this should be removed from our industry. They give the rest of us decent, hardworking webmasters a bad name.

Save any of the bullshit comments, please. I am not looking for help of any sort with this idiot, as I have pursued all of the legal steps that need to be taken at this point, and then some.

I am posting this, simply so that other webmasters know to be aware of this freak. Maybe they can avoid the bullshit that I've had to deal with over the past couple of weeks.
