Find a niche you are comfortable doing and actually show you are having fun.
If you just chatting it up and flashing your tits, you've been snaked by 50,000 other dim witted girls with a cable modem and $30 for a webcam.

Probably you can make some contacts here to people, which are running sites in your niche.
For example, if you are broadcasting as a teen amateur:
let's do a feature inside of some membersites. give some facts about you, little interview, mix it up with some catchy pics of yourself and link the whole thing in a "and-now-you-can-chat-live-with-her"-way.
Set up a site of yourself too - does not have to be a big thing, but let your fans / customers have a point, where they can see some more teaser pics of you, timetable when you are online, possiblilty for feedbacks, questions, comments and so on. Just something sticky - "feed" your possible customers regularly, heat 'em up, so they can't wait anymore to watch you live on your cam-chat.
