I love santa cruz and I like being near the center of town I am willing to pay 2 mil for a house that is bigger than the one I have and with a bigger lot the problem is there are only like 10 properties in the whole fucking town that meet that criteria, and none of em are for sael . Its frustrating !
So I think I will buy 4 houses and just hang out in one each day with different qualities. I want for my ideal
