I think the integrity of the partners is an important issue here. When we brought Slain on board, we promised him that we would SPEND MONEY promoting his site. We will not let his sites sit there collecting dust. I think so far we are well on the way to fulfilling that promise.
IMO, having 30 sites can be just as strong as having 10, if we up the advertising on all the sites all across the board. If we keep the same advertising budget, then of course the advertising dollar will be diluted.
Also, I think individuals are more apt to signup if there are more sites in the network...
