Then I do not think you have done a lot of surfing, I have seen a lot worse.

The guy is asking for help, tell him why they are bad.

I would maybe change the type style and the flashing. You want them to see the pictures first then the info.

you could clean them up a whole lot by changing the text. Not just the font or size I mean whatever style you're putting over them that makes them look clay-like. To me that's very very distracting. In the bikini one I don't like the huge border around it I think that adds way too much to your load time and in the top flashing graphic your pink background is different than your page background and it draws attention to that fact. Of course who knows what the surfers mind is thinking when they're looking for porn but if I were surfing these pages those would be my primary turn offs. Keep at it you'll get it right.

I think the main thing is to remember what you are selling a clever design or a jerk off?

Selling is three things, product, presentation and exposure.

Concentrate on getting the surfer to see the porn in your presentation, but not the presentation and then deliver it to as many of the right people as you can.

I think you may be going to far with your designs, they distract from what the surfer is buying.

Before starting out asking for $20,00 a pop I would prolly go around and look at what really sells, then with that idea, put your own desing at work and not worry about what people think, if it makes you money, or the client then it is the best gallery, The best way to test your idea's is get about 10 of your own templates you built, submit them to 100 or so tgp's and see which ones convert which ones don't then you will know and then you can feel better at selling, That is why I myself give a money back if my galleries dont convert for my client or at least make their money back. *shrugs* good luck, its not a bad gallery but its still a untested gallery so dont know if it will be good or not.

The lay out is ok but way to many thumbs, plus the thumbs are a bit on the small side.

The font used for the text on the graphics is ugly.
