It would be nice from time to time to see a link list , or even a top list, for sale here. All I see are webmasters wanting to sell or buy TGPs. Have people forgoten that LLs and TOPs also generate profit?

Someone sold PersianKitty.com not too long ago.. Mind you, PK wasn't involved in the transaction and it wasn't legit, but hey, someone still sold it

They can actually make money, they take a LONG time to establish properly and are the best thing since sliced bread for getting SE traffic to your own sites. WTF would you sell?

it has been around in its current form since 1998. I work on the site maybe 5 to 10 hours per week, it gets 3000+ people per day, has a decent amount of bookmarkers.
there are about 900 free sites listed, and it is mostly automated. a perl program creates the front page and link pages, and rotate the banners on the link pages every hour. Currently I use a database of 30 days worth of hosted galleries on the front page (the program stores a thumbnail and link for each gallery). the domain has 4470 links to it according to alta vista.
it used to have good google PR but in the past 6 months google has fucked me and I got pr0 for some reason for all my domains (I have about 50 adult domains, some were interlinking, I never spammed google, yes I emailed them nicely a bunch of times and even called a coule times). I used to get about 1000 google hits per day, now I get almost zero, the site also gets a few hundred yahoo hits per day.
asking price is 15K, which is about the current 6 months projected earnings, the site would be worth more if I could get the pr 6 or 7 ranking back. it would also be worth more if somebody spent more time updating it. I have not been doing porn full time lately so I am not motivated to maintain the site that well.
