... you should at least add msn and yahoo messanger and live IRC support to that list.

You must be pretty new in this industry... dont know the statistics for prices, recurring members, what keeps members etc?

if I were you, I would get a KICKASS design to match that kickass content, hire a professional designer

Silent: You could offer a gold bar to members. No one will trust signing up to that. This is just HONEST friend to friend advice.
If you want some real advice... hit me up on ICQ I'd be happy to throw some tips.

But as it is now you won't make 1 sale to give that member support with all those modes you list.

This takes the cake!

No offense but here is what I see that could be improved:

1) Better logo. At first glance, it appears to read Nake*Village. Why is the D smaller than the rest. Also, why not use more than one hut to make it look like a village (or at least use huts with text written on the roofs for the links to the different pages to give it a "village" feel")

2) My impression after visiting the tour pages, is that that main focus is the forum even though you do mention pictures and videos. How about better samples? Have a sample picture that leads to the sample gallery and a screenshot that leads to the sample clip. Put the sample thumbs and the screenshot on the tour pages and not on a separate page.

3) Having a sample gallery that shows a naked man and a fully clothed woman is a bad choice. Instead of having that gallery, have more than one sample picture showing different niches.

4) The video clip is taking forever to download and I am on broadband. It also took two tries to download it. That tells me, as a surfer, that I do not want to join since the movies would take forever to download. Also, why is it in mpa format? That would confuse a lot of surfers too since they are looking for mpgs.

5) The samples that you have on separate pages does not scream niche to me. Nothing really excites me about the site.

6) Some steamy text can also make the difference. Why not put something like "Our village sweetheart just bought a new blue toy and is eager to use it. View a sample picture of Lindsey here and watch the explicit video inside."

Nice concept that needs a little bit more work done. Good luck with the site. These are just my opinions so take them or leave them as you wish.
