Yeah, pretty much. Nobody but the criminals have guns up here. Plus, the police are pretty much useless.
I miss clubbing in Costa Rica. The security down there are packing shotguns. The security guards that aren't packing guns travel in groups of 10 with metal batons. Nobody fucks around at the good bars down there.
