I am writing this seriously, and with no malice whatsoever.
You don't have a whole lot of options to salvage your program. Especially if you keep denying the truth. The best thing you can do is to email all your affiliates an apology and to post a public apology on all the message boards where you took a beating.
SOME people will respect that and possibly come back. Particularly if they can look at their CCBill details and monitor you while you're "on probabation".
Things will only continue getting worse if you deny the truth. You may think people believe what you're saying, but they don't. The only person you may be fooling is yourself.
